Ocean House #1303 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Ocean House I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II.
Minimum age required: 23.

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at the guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and the cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

Review: Great place to stay on the beach! The condo was very cute and clean. The A/C worked like a charm and we had no problems with the condo. Check-in was easy and the staff was super friendly. We had a problem with one of the tv remotes and they fixed it very promptly. I had to have a package delivered while staying there and they made that easy as well. The views are amazing the beach is literally out the back door and restaurants were within walking distance. The building was family-friendly and quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and talked about how soon we could go back the entire way home. 5 stars.

Review: The beach access was great. The staff was all friendly. Anything you needed was in a 5-mile bubble. The condo was good.

An assistance animal, for example an emotional support pet, does not constitute the provisions under the short-term FHA regulations and cannot stay in a short-term non-pet friendly property. *Gulf Shores Rentals, Inc. rents to family groups and responsible adults--21 or older. Some associations have 23-25 year age limits. Contact rental management company for more details. RESERVATION CONTRACT: GULF SHORES RENTALS, INC. PROCEDURES Check-In-Out: Check-In is at the office of Gulf Shores Rentals, Inc., 1325 Gulf Shores Parkway, next door to Walgreens. Check-In is after 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out is before 10:00 a.m. Checking-out after 10:00a.m. will result in additional charges to your account. Upon arrival to your unit, please report any damages and non-working items to our office by calling The party responsible for making the reservation must pick up the keys upon arrival. If this will not be possible, prior notice must be given. One payment per reservation PLEASE! You must present this confirmation upon check-in. Linens: Bed linens and bath towels are provided for each rental. Daily maid service is not provided. Check with your reservationist to see if there is a washer/dryer in the unit. Guests are to bring their own paper products, soaps, food and personal items. Don’t forget your beach towels! Furnishings: All units are equipped with dishes, pots & pans, telephones, and basic appliances. Some have microwave ovens, dishwashers, garbage disposals, ice-makers and trash compactors. Please check with your rental agent to ensure these items. Condominiums are individually owned and furnished. Please do not transfer furnishings of any kind from unit to unit. Any loss or damage will be your responsibility. Maintenance: Routine maintenance calls are handled on a first come basis. Emergencies on air conditioning, refrigerators, heating, plumbing and electricity are priority calls and will be serviced as soon as a qualified technician becomes available. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for mechanical failures. Pool availability is not guaranteed with any rental reservation. There is a $50.00 service charge to your account if you become locked out of your unit and Gulf Shores Rentals, Inc. is called to assist you after hours. A lost key will result in a $50.00 charge to your account to have the unit re-keyed. After Hours: If you have an emergency, please call 251.948.7000 and leave a message with our answering service. Deposit: A deposit is required on all rental units at time of booking equaling 30% of the rent total on daily/weekly stays and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival for condos and 60 days prior to arrival for houses. One month's rent is due at time of booking on winter monthly's. There is a non-refundable reservation processing fee is added to all reservations. The first month's rent plus all fees are due at check-in for winter monthly stays. Some restrictions apply during holidays and festivals. Upon receipt of deposit, you will receive written confirmation via e-mail. However, we do reserve the right to change unit assignments if necessary. Cancellation: Cancellation and date changes must be received 30 days prior to your arrival for weekly and daily rentals, 90 days for monthly and 60 days prior for beach house rentals. Less notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for beach houses. The $89.00 processing fee is non-refundable at ANYTIME. Should the property re-book for the same dates and rates, the deposit less the processing fee, will be refunded back. Grilling/Fireworks: No charcoal or propane grilling on the balconies! NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED! Tents: Most properties do not allow for tents on the beach. Look for signs at the properties for their rules. Parking: One bedroom units will be issued one parking pass. Two or more bedrooms will be issued two parking passes unless otherwise specified. No exceptions - parking is very limited on the Island. Please check with your rental agent for this information. Most properties do not allow R.V.s, boats, trailers or watercrafts. Weather: In the event that a mandatory evacuation is issued due to a hurricane, you will be issued a refund of lost nights. (Free night specials always apply to the end of the stay.) There will be no refund unless a mandatory evacuation is issued for our area. Amenity availability is not guaranteed for any property. There will be no financial adjustments made to your reservation. Please check with your rental agent to assure the status of the common amenities for the property you are renting. Occupancy is based on the sleeping capacity for each property. If evidence is found that the unit is over occupied, it will cause forfeiture of entire rent and deposit and immediate guest eviction. All reservations must be made by an adult 21 years or older pending association bylaws. This person must occupy the unit for the duration of the rental and will be responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice or liability should the unit be out of order or unavailable. If comparable accommodations are not available, guests will have the option from available properties at the published rate or receive a refund of the reservation. Gulf Shores Rentals, Inc. has taken every precaution to ensure accuracy; however, we reserve the right to correct errors.
