Down the street from Surprise Stadium, a Community park with a pool, and the Surprise Tennis and Racquet Center!, our beautiful two-story home, appropriately named Paradise in the Desert, is the perfect location for you and your guests to experience all the best the city has to offer. This property has a resort-type feel as you experience many top amenities in lovely Surprise, AZ. Located directly across the street from Fashion Square Mall plus within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, art galleries, local attractions, and more.

The Space
We understand where you stay can greatly impact your travel experience which is why we have worked diligently to think of everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. Our home provides 4 bedrooms, one with 3 queen beds and the other with one king bed, loft/ Movie theatre, and game room! The unit also offers 2 1⁄2 half bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, dining for 8, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs, a smart thermostat, high-speed internet, and a spacious living room that will make you feel like you never left home. The back patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day, while the grounds and pools are well manicured and maintained. There are two designated parking spots in our driveway and ample visitor parking. Our property is always professionally cleaned between visits.

After booking, you will receive a welcome packet with the information needed during your stay and recommendations for our favorite spots around town. The unit has keyless entry allowing for personalized key code access. If you have any questions, send us a message via the app, and we will promptly respond to you. We're committed to ensuring that you enjoy your stay!

Fantastic 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home with a loft! This home includes multiple televisions set up with streaming channels games and books! The backyard is an entertainers' paradise with a heated pool, BBG grill, and Firepit! Enjoy the oversized lot for your next soccer game!

Prior to check-in, you will receive an email with your code for your stay. This will usually be the last 4 digits of your main cell phone number.

Our property manager Stephen will always be available via phone call, text, or email. All of his information will be in our Welcome Guide. Upon request, Stephen can be there for your check-in. This home also uses a keypad for contactless entry.

Additional rules
No unregistered guests. Max home capacity is 8
The garbage can must be taken out Monday evenings and pulled in Tuesday evenings.
No loud noises, music and/ or use of the pool after 10pm.
Please remove shoes in the house.
The RV gate is not to be used or open.
No food and/ or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms or furniture. Please use our dining areas and back patio sitting area for all food and/ or drinks. Please ensure no food is left outside as this will lead to pest/ insects at the property.
Remember that you are in an HOA community. Please do not park in the streets overnight. Parking overnight is limited to one car in the garage and on car in the driveway.
Anything beyond normal wear and tear caused by the guests of the home, the guests will be financially responsible for any repairs/ fixes.
The pool gate must not be propped open for any reason. The pool is not heated as part of renting our home. Please do not adjust or turn on/off any of the pool equipment behind the cement half wall. This includes the filter, heater. pipes etc. Any tampering with the equipment will lead to damages to be accessed.
During use of the pool, please remove the pool vacuum and put back at end of use. The pool is on an auto cleaning cycle that runs every night starting at 10pm. NO pool use after 10pm and before 6am as it needs to run its cleaning. Please ensure nothing is left in the pool overnight including floaties, goggles, etc and that absolutely no rocks or other small items including coins are in the pool. This will damage the pool filtration and vacuum.
The office and the pantry on the first floor, as well as the master bathroom closet is to not be used by the guests for any reason. Forced entry to any of these areas will lead to immediate termination. Thank you for respecting the owners’ space and property.
No marijuana use of any kind is allowed on the property.
No Smoking in or on the property.

Check out times are promptly at 11am.
Thermostat to be left alone. The temperature in the summer will remain at 78 degrees during the day and 76 degree in the evening. It is controlled through a smart thermostat system. Please do not adjust on your own. For any requests on the change to the temperature, please let Stephen know. (Additional charges may apply)
In an effort to avoid peak rate charges, please use the Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher during the following times only: Before 3pm and after 8am. Anytime on Saturdays and Sundays.
Fans are a great way to keep the home cool. During peak electrical hours of 3-8pm Monday through Friday, please conserve power by keeping the light use to a minimum. Utilize fans vs. A/C..

The pool can be heated. If this is something you would like to have please let us know. There is an additional charge for this.

From the 101, Head west on Bell rd, South on Bullard, east on Mauna Loa and follow the street around to 146th ave. The home will be on your right.

-Two cars fit perfectly in the driveway and daytime street parking.
-Parking in the street overnight is not allowed per the HOA.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing! Cancellations are considered received on the date we physically receive your notice via email in our office.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. The exception to this is if you chose the Non-refundable option when booking
