The space
Welcome to The Seahorse Villa!!! You will have the entire place yourself. Our duplex home was recently renovated and it was designed to make you feel at home, this 1800 Sqft, modern design home, has everything you will need to have a pleasant stay either for vacation or work.
The home has private fenced backyard for our guest to enjoy, just a short drive to the night life, great restaurants, beaches and more.
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishware, and more. The living room and family room are great living areas for entertainment and socializing. The main bedroom features a king bed, luggage rack, plenty of closet space, and french doors that access the backyard. The second bedroom has a queen bed, luggage rack, and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom, which can be used as a private office, has a queen sofa bed and desk.
The backyard features a dinning table, BBQ grill, and two lounge chairs.
Things to keep in mind, our office has a wireless printer and we do have a variety of children's items, like highchairs, toys, pack n play, etc, are available upon request.

Other things to note
As the description states, this property is one of two on the same lot, as such it is very important that you respect privacy and peace of our neighbors. For your security and that of the property is important to use so this is property is monitored by surveillance cameras that are located on the exterior of the property. In addition, it is equipped with noise detection devices. The noise detection devices are designed to alert us of the noise level if it exceeds that of 75 db for over 10 minutes or more.
NOTE: Pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items


**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

**Property is NOT pet friendly.
**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

The entire unit

You have all the privacy you want/need. Our staff will be available to answer any questions or concerns about the house and potential repairs/problems. We are available via text or phone within a few hours. The preferred method of communication is via this platform but if you have an immediate need you can call us by phone.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and the deposit collection.
 
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

  • •   Here are a few things to keep in mind: 1. check-out time is at 11 am on the day of check out. 2. Parking – facing the house, Park only on the right side of the driveway. NO parking on grass or street. 3. Garbage pick-up is on Monday and Thursdays. Please use only the BLACK bin for all garbage and recycling. Garbage is guest's responsibility and should ONLY be put out before 7 am on pick up day, or the night prior and bring back after collection. 4.No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property ($150 fee) 5. Air conditioning is controlled through the nest dial, this is set between 72 and 79. Please keep all doors windows closed when air conditioning is running. Failure can result in the AC freezing and a maintenance fee of $150.00 will add if the AC freezes. 6. Do not tamper with the security cameras or noise detection devices. Doing so will be cause immediate removal. 7. Sleeping capacity is 6. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. 8. The WiFi information: network: Seahorse villas, Password Seahorse 9. ***No parties or events*** Please respect the neighbors. As per city rules, the noise levels must be kept to a level to not disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 9 pm-7 am. 10. Damages and breakages should be reported to the manager immediately. 11. There will be no refunds if the city evict guests for any violations. The house is closely monitored to make sure all rules are being followed. 12*** No flushing of feminine products, wet wipes, or wipes even if they say 'flushable' the pipes are original and sensitive.
