Westbay Cove 231 located at 600 Manatee Ave West in Holmes Beach is a picturesque and luxurious two bedroom two bath bay front condo on Anna Maria Island which features gorgeous views of the Tampa Bay. From the spacious balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the bay and spectacular views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Guests can either swim, kayak, or fish from the backyard. If you're a nature lover this condo is for you, as you can see beautiful birds and dolphins from inside the condo. The condo is conveniently located only a short, five minute walk to white sands of Manatee Beach, Publix super market, CVS, shops and numerous restaurants. With easy access to the free Anna Maria Island trolley, a car is not needed.
There are flat screen televisions in the living room as well as the master bedroom. Westbay Cove features two heated pools, an outdoor sitting area, and a tennis court. With the waterfront view, convenient location, and comfortable furnishings you'll never want to leave this beautiful space.
Westbay Cove is a one month minimum rental.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Within 60 days of arrival funds are non refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days out from arrival will incur a $200.00 cancellation fee, we are unable to issue refunds due to inclement weather, acts of mother nature, red tide, broken appliances or other aspects beyond our control in surrounding areas or properties.

Island Vacation Properties Terms and Conditions Guest agrees to charges and acknowledges to having read and understood the Property Manager’s terms and conditions on the following pages. Payment of the reservation down payment is considered an acceptance of all management policies listed regardless of an actual signature on this contract. After your booking is complete and payment is processed you will receive an E-Contract that will require your electronic signature. Tenant shall comply with all applicable laws, and promptly comply with governmental order or directive for the correction or prevention of any violation of applicable law in connection with the Tenant’s stay at the Property. The Rental Contract may be modified from time to time to conform to amendments of the applicable law. Fees and Payment Information •A 25% of rent and rent tax is required to confirm your reservation, paid by credit card. •Final balance is due by check 60 days prior to arrival. •Bookings made within 60 days of arrival will require payment in full at time of booking. Cancellations •Cancellations made 61 days or more from arrival are subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee. Within 60 days no refunds will be issued •No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather, hurricanes, red tide, and any other acts of nature. Check In, Check Out & Keys •Check-In is 4pm. Check out is 10am. •Early check ins/check outs must be approved prior to arrival or departure. •You will receive check in information after your booking is complete. If your property is keyless entry you will receive that code 3 days prior to your arrival. Minimum Age Requirement You must be 21 years of age to rent a home with our company. Fines and Penalties Guests will be responsible for any and all fines, penalties, or citations assessed, either at the time of incident or after departure, to them individually, to the property, or to Island Vacation Properties. during their dates of occupancy including, but not limited to, noise, parking, and trash violations. Noise Ordinance Anna Maria Island has a strict 10PM noise ordinance. Loud noise, music, and pool use are not permitted after 10PM. Please be considerate of your neighbors and island residents. Any noise violations and fines will be the responsibility of the guest and could result in immediate eviction. House Parties, Family Reunions, and Gatherings House parties, Family Reunions, Weddings, and other large gatherings are prohibited. Please note the maximum allowed occupancy of the property. Overcrowding will result in immediate eviction without refund. Pets & Smoking All units are NON SMOKING! Any signs of smoking indoors will immediately incur a $500.00 charge to the card on file. There are some properties that do not allow any smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. We do have pet friendly properties; please contact our office for additional information. A Pet Fee of $150 is required on all pet friendly properties. Any pets in the properties without prior permission may result in immediate eviction. Amenities Amenities vary by property, call our office for more details. Some amenities will change periodically, we cannot be held liable for changes made to properties or errors on our websites or third party marketing sites. Unit Supplies All properties provide bed, bath and beach linens for your stay. We also provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 box of trash bags and some cleaning and laundry supplies to get you started. Inoperable Equipment Please notify us immediately in the event of any equipment malfunction or maintenance issues. We will do our best to make sure repairs are made in a timely manner. Discounts or refunds will not be available due to inoperable equipment. Heated Pools Our pools are heated by electric heat pump typically from Thanksgiving to Easter. Each pool is professionally maintained and “on demand” service can not be provided. No refunds will be issued due to weather related issues preventing the heat pump from working. Liability Guest agrees to hold the Property Owner and Island Vacation Properties harmless from all liabilities and costs of defense, including attorney's fees arising out of tenant's use of the leased property, and all claims, damages, and liability incurred to invitees, family, or friends of the guest. Island Vacation Properties and the Property Owner are not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of personal items of and kind. Substitution of Accommodations Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Island Vacation Properties reserves the right to substitute the accommodation for an equal or better property. If we are unable to provide a substitute property Island Vacation Properties will issue a full refund. Homes for Sale We will make every effort to limit interruptions during your stay but guest agrees to allow for real estate showings with a 24 hour notice. Guest understands that a property may be listed for sale at any time regardless of the status at the time the reservation was made. Circumstances Beyond Our Control Island Vacation Properties or the Property Owner shall not be held responsible for providing any advanced notification in the event of nearby construction or acts of Mother Nature beyond our control . Lost and Found Island Vacation Properties is not liable for any personal items left behind. We will make every effort to locate and arrange the items be dropped off at Island Mail and More, you will arrange shipping directly with them. There may be a $25.00 charge to retrieve and drop off items.
