Our house is modern and very spacious, has a barbecue area perfect to enjoying with family and friends, located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Miami Airport, Miami Zoo, Florida Keys, Everglades, Miami Highway and more than 30 attractions! Well lit by impact glass doors and windows. The house is 100% Concrete In & Out, right down to the roof. So it's 100% safe for Category 5 hurricanes. And we also have two parking spaces.
We are disinfecting the most touched areas of the house and following the guidelines against COVID-19.
We have a Smarthome with self check-in 24/7. We have 2 independent entrances (main and guest suite).

It is a new, modern, semi-luxury semi-detached house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Ideally for 8 people, but has capacity for 10 people, and you can use all the amenities of the house below. The house has about 1,500 m².

All our mattresses, pillows, towels and sheets are of good quality. We protect all of our mattresses, pillows and comforters with 100% hypoallergenic, bed bug-proof and waterproof covers. We use premium organic detergent, safe white and color bleach and fabric softener on all our sheets.
Yummy! You may find some basic cooking condiments, like Colombian coffee, salt, oil, sugar, and even some other treats in the kitchen during your stay. If you made a reservation of 7+ nights don't forget to claim your special gift! :-)

It's in your check-in instructions. 5) Use hangers inside closet for wet towels or towel bars/holders inside the bathrooms. Some of the towels may be located in the bathrooms' cabinets. The showers are called car wash because they have multiple jets. Pull and turn faucet DELICATELY to H for hot and C for cold water. 6) Try to use your linens and towels as much as possible. Preserve the environment and help us keep the lowest rate in the area. Thank you. 7) NO EVENTS OR DRUGS (INCLUDING MARIJUANA) UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
