You're less than a mile away! Getting around the city will be just as easy as you're approximately 5 minutes from the I-35, I-235 and I-80. The unit is updated with newer flooring, paint and more! Comfortable, traditional amenities and furniture will make you feel like you're at home!
The unit is spacious but also offers all the accommodations of home. As you enter the front door, you'll find a coat closet and an entry table. The dining room has seating for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the eat-in kitchen.
The kitchen has all the appliances you would need (toaster, Keurig, microwave, etc) as well as bakeware, kitchen gadgets, etc. Just off the kitchen is the full-size washer/dryer with drying rack, iron, etc.
The living room is cozy with a gas fireplace, couch, side chair and a slider to the patio. Cable TV is available through Hulu Live with DVR function. Wifi is available throughout the unit. A pack n' play and high chair are available upon request.
Off the main living area is a full-size bathroom and a small bedroom with nightstand. The master bedroom offers a king bed, television (not pictured) and dresser. The master has it's own bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a full size bed and closet. Both bedrooms have mini-blinds as well as room darkening curtains.
While I love all pets, only dogs are allowed (restricted breeds: Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher & Mastiff). Please be aware any violation of this will result in additional fees.
You will have full access to the unit, the fitness center and the swimming pool. You will need a key fob to get into the fitness center and pool.
I am available via Airbnb anytime! Please streamline all communication through Airbnb to ensure I receive it. There is a community manager on-site during the day. A 24/7/365 maintenance emergency phone number is provided to you during your stay.
