All facilities are subject to local Covid 19 regulations, please check the Boston City Council website for the latest updates. As regulations can change, I am not responsible if you arrive and something has closed. We are all trying our best to navigate the new normal.
Accessing your studio:
There is no elevator in the building. This is a Brownstone building with up to 6 flights of stairs
Check-in anytime from 3 pm. If you wish to drop bags off before your stay or leave them afterward, please reach out and we can provide you with a list of local storage locations.
Heating and Air Con
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has a law stating heating must be available until mid-May. This means the heating will be on in the building until then.
There is an in-window AC unit in the studio you can individually set.
Your studio has a kitchenette as well as a smaller fridge/icebox.
A full shared kitchen and dining area is downstairs with an oven, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, and more kitchen amenities.
Parking & Laundry
The laundry is in the basement of the building. Please do not use it between 11 am and 3 pm.
We provide small amounts of laundry pods and dryer sheets.
Laundry is free of charge.
We ask you to respect the environment and your fellow guests and not use all the machines at once or for 1 small item.
Parking is $20 a day. If you are staying for 14 nights or more you will receive 10% off and it will be $18 a day. If you are staying for 30 nights or more you will receive 15% off and it will be $17 a day. Off-site monthly parking rates run from $500 min up to $1,000 per month.
You must pre-reserve parking by calling/messaging me.
Background Check, Refundable Pre-authorization Hold, and Minimum age of guests
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, a background check is run which has a small fee
You will need to submit in date photo ID and selfie
A refundable admin hold from $49 per booking is asked for any incidentals just the same as a hotel - this changes depending on the length of stay
The minimum age for booking is 21 years old
Your furry friends are welcome for a small daily fee of $15 a day (capped at 15 days), I am able to accept 2 pets per studio.
Certain breeds of dogs are not able to stay - please reach out.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has additional laws in addition to any laws relating to service animals, please reach out if you have a service animal. All dogs need to be licensed and registered. All animals must also be up to date on their rabies vaccines.

Quiet Hours are from 22:00 to 07:00
Essentially treat this like a home from home: no parties, no unauthorized guests, no smoking, drugs, excessive noise, or excessive cleaning.
Anything broken or damaged, you will be charged for, please let us know in advance.

Noise monitoring in unit and security cameras are outside /in the building (no cameras are inside the apartments)
The studios have a max occupancy of 2, no extra guests are allowed.
