This great downtown location means you can walk to anything you'd want to do in town. Over 10 breweries and the fantastic downtown restaurants are all within easy reach. When you've had enough, come relax in the condo, complete with everything you need from fluffy towels to coffee for the Keurig. From here you are 5 minutes from the River Arts District and 10 minutes from the Biltmore Estate. Free parking (for 1 car) in the garage.

We are in a brand new building, right in the middle of downtown Asheville. With free parking (for one car) in our garage, you can leave your car behind. The condo is comfortably furnished with 2 bedrooms and two full baths, each generously supplied with all the toiletries you need (but do bring your own toothbrush). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds. The living room has an incredibly comfortable couch that doubles as a full-sized sleeper sofa and is decorated with local art - ask us about the artists!

We are right in the thick of it, close to the South Slope with a ton of breweries, and close by all of the restaurants downtown. This is a side of town that is in transition, with new construction and lots of changes planned. Because of our location across the street from the municipal bus station, there are all sorts of people moving around, and it can be noisy late at night as bars and breweries close.

Leave your car in the garage and just do Asheville like an insider. You can walk just about everywhere. If you have more than 1 car, let us know and we can recommend other parking in the area.

We are right downtown, close to a bar. Saturday night it can get noisy late at night when the bar closes.
