Outdoor area available with sleeping area available for 7. 1 full and 1 half bath available for all guests with full washer and dryer in unit for guests use. Pet Friendly !
Guest will have access to the whole lower rear unit as well as all areas of the outside of the property.
Other things to note
Standard Texas Occupancy Tax for this reservation is 6 percent, Galveston County requires us to collect a 9 percent tax on all rental night rates, cleaning fees, pet fees from every guest. Owner / Host does not make any income off of this.
Pets are 100 percent welcome to be with you during your stay at this location, but there would be a standard 25 dollar per night plus tax charge for this during your stay. When you book from us, we'll send a separate request to pay this fee.
