You’ll be able to surf, watch netflix and make video calls. It is not designed for Call of Duty marathons or downloading all 9 Star Wars films.
The TVs are smart TVS with Netflix and YouTube downloaded. You are welcome to download other apps too.
TVS have an HDMI cable so you can connect your laptop as well if you wish.
There is no Cable TV.

Parking Information:
Parking is available right outside the building in a covered parking garage for about $10-15 a day. Metered street parking is also available on the street at all times for $1.00 per hour. Make sure you feed the meter since there is a 2-hour limit. Street parking is free on holidays, but not on weekends.

Laundry Info:
Laundry is located in the basement. You can take the stairs or the elevator down. Once outside the elevator, take a sharp right around the corner to get to the laundry room. Machines can be operated with quarters or an app that you can download on your phone. Instructions for the laundry machines and driers are posted on the machines. If you need laundry service, please let me know.

Your apartment has an iron and ironing board too.

Gym, Pool Information:
As Seattle begins to reopen, the local gym and pools that are available are reopening.
The below is the usual information, however please bear in mind right not facilities can close and reopen quickly – nothing is guaranteed. Please check local guidelines.

• Gym and pool can be accessed from 7 am - 9 pm Monday through Saturday at the YMCA on Madison and 4th.
• A day pass is $16 and gives you unlimited access to all the facilities and classes offered.
• Exit the building and take a right towards Madison Street. Go down the hill for about half a mile towards 4th Avenue and the building is right at the corner.

Within 10 blocks there are loads of things to see and do. Please do check Seattle City Council for updates of what is open. You'll love the neighborhood. It is comfortable, friendly, unique and its why many people come to Seattle. Downtown is fun and all (Pike's place, Space Needle, and shopping). Nearby coffee shops, fancy (and not-so-fancy) restaurants and bars you will have plenty to do and see. The walk score for the place is a 96. Uber and Lyft are plentiful.

Due to the intense focus on cleaning, the check-out time is 11am and check in 3pm so we have enough time to clean. Any Long-Term Stay is subject to additional cleaning fees of $50 per clean. Please check local guidelines for what is open and closed follow the city/county/state guidelines – whatever is the safest guidelines.

No parties, no loud noises, no smoking, all common areas are monitored. Pool and gym are available for a fee a few blocks away.

Due to the new extensive post-COVID cleaning procedure, the maids will be completely disinfecting the apartment between 11am (check out time) and 3pm (check in time). You are welcome to drop off bags before check-in or after check-out: Please give me 24 hour notice if you wish to keep bags in the apartment between 11am and 3pm.

Check-in prior to 3pm requires you to book the previous night. Check out after 11am requires you to book the following night. Due to the new extensive post-COVID cleaning procedure, late check outs are NOT possible.

Staying past 11am is an overstay: you will be charged $100 per hour for the maids waiting for you to leave, and will be charged for any compensation given to upcoming guests. Please leave on time. Check out is complete when you have fully returned keys back to your host.
