*Please note that this location is next to a bar and can get very loud on busy nights. There is a lot of foot traffic in the evening and you will hear the noise from the bar into the late night hours. If you're looking for peace and quiet this location is not ideal for you. Looking to hit the bars and have a good time - you will love this space and location!

This renovated flat features exposed brick and an industrial style ceiling, all with a classy flair. You will feel comfortable in this modern, clean, wide open space. The living room and kitchen space has everything you need to relax, socialize and spend time cooking - if you so choose. The high end kitchen has granite countertops, everything you need to cook a full meal, mix drinks or even make a charcuterie board. When it’s time to turn in for the night, there are two cozy bedrooms as well as a pull out couch and pull out sleeper chair in the living room. Each space has a smart TV with Hulu live.

Park your car in our private parking spaces and walk to restaurants, shops, The La Crosse Center, Riverfest and Oktoberfest grounds, and so much more. Again, all within walking distance!

In town with a large group? With this apartment and the apartment across the hall (Apt. 202 3rd St. Downtown La Crosse) you can RENT THE FULL FLOOR to have 4 bedrooms! Each unit accommodates 7 people.

PARKING: 2 parking spaces included per apartment -Additional parking available on street or City ramps with Free nights and weekends (subject to change without notice, please check with city if necessary) -Availability: We do not guarantee a parking space can always be available when arriving per visit. Designated parking area is for our guests only, however there are many local businesses that will periodically take up empty spaces without notice. PARTIES The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200. PACKAGES: We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the leasing office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts. MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer. By booking this unit, you have read, understood, and agreed to all these house rules.
